TWO-STEPS TO ENROLL
1. Go to AffordableConnectivity.gov to submit an application or print out a mail-in application.
2. Contact CONXXUS through email at conxxusACP@conxxus.com to have the discount applied to your bill. Please include the downloadable PDF, filled out and signed, in an attachment along with the email.
Download and fill out the form, below. Then, email the form to conxxusACP@conxxus.com to have the ACP discount applied to your account.

Apply to the FCC’s Affordable Connectivity Program after you have connected services. Follow the link below to apply to the FCC’s program.
Once you have been accepted into the FCC’s Affordable Connectivity Program, download and fill out the Conxxus ACP Customer Enrollment Form. Send this form, along with a copy of your ACP Approval Letter to conxxusACP@conxxus.com to begin applying your ACP discount.
