Payment Options and Resources
Make paying your bill quicker and easier by using your E-Care account. E-Care allows you to see invoice and payment history. You can also make an electronic payment and/or enroll in automatic payments.
Check your inbox for a registration email from billing@conxxus.com to get started. If you did not sign up for E-billing but want to, click to get signed up and save $5 a month!
Sometimes understanding the breakdown of your bill can be difficult. Click this example invoice where we break it down for you!
*Please note that your first bill will be higher due to a prorated amount for your first month of usage – Each bill after will be the normal recurring amount*
CommandIQ App
What is It?
CommandIQ is a free app where you can set and reset passwords, view connected devices, set parental controls, create guest networks, and more. Click here to learn more.
Why do I need CommandIQ?
This app puts you into control of your network with just a click of a button. It’s convenient to use, it’s quick and easy, but most importantly it’s YOURS.
*This app will only work with equipment provided by Conxxus.
